My name is Amanda Carmel and I make tattoos at 13 Bats Tattoo and Piercing. I have been tattooing for 11 years. I love all things spooky (except for spiders) and I love to make bright & colorful tattoos.

It’s really important to me to make a comfortable space for people of all genders, sizes, and races to get tattooed. Getting tattooed means trusting someone else with your body, and I take that seriously!
